Shaun Pearce is a respected Northern Territory business and community leader with extensive experience across executive leadership, business development and community engagement.

With a strong foundation in strategy, leadership, coaching and mentoring, Shaun combines professional expertise with lived experience to deliver tailoraed coaching and leadership programs for executives and teams.

Shaun now leads Executive Attitudes, where he works as a coach, mentor and leadership facilitator, specialising in people-first leadership. He is an internationally recognised keynote speaker and consultant, supporting organisations to strengthen leadership capability and improve workplace wellbeing.

He is also a founding Director of Just One Reason, a suicide prevention charity, reflecting his ongoing commitment to community impact.

Shaun previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation for eleven years, where he led the organisation through a period of significant growth and impact. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles with Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, including General Manager of Yulara Community and Indigenous Engagement, and built a successful career in the manufacturing, printing and packaging industry both in Australia and internationally.

A strong advocate for community and business development, Shaun has contributed to numerous boards and leadership roles across the Northern Territory, including Tourism Top End, Chamber of Commerce NT, NT Shelter, Palmerston Business Association, and the Darwin Buffaloes Football Club.
